This spring, CBS All Access subscribers will take a trip to another dimension as Jordan Peele’s high-profile reboot of The Twilight Zone gets an official premiere date. The rebooted anthology series has been a longtime coming, as Peele’s version was announced late in 2017, which, at the time, had it competing against a new film version that so far hasn’t gotten off the ground. Though one project has apparently stalled, Peele’s new series is set to premiere in just a few months, with the Academy Award winning writer and director stepping into the shoes of Rod Serling, as the series’ new narrator and host....

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom only gets more confusing the more fans try to apply logic to its numerous plot holes, and the filmmakers themselves aren’t helping matters. The more they try to explain the events of the film’s story - where the dinosaurs on Isla Nublar are brought into the mainland, which unleashes the Dinopocalypse - the less sense Jurassic World 2 seems to make. Fallen Kingdom’s co-writer and franchise architect Colin Trevorrow recently cleared up the film’s timeline of when the opening scene takes place....

Josh Brolin wants to bring a forgotten hero back to theater screens, but rather than coming from the house of Marvel this time it’s in the shape of Quasimodo in the literary classic The Hunchback of Notre Dame. The three actors starred together in the Steven Spielberg film, and they have continued to make appearances sporadically throughout the franchise, from the film’s first sequel to the most recent Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. In the original Jurassic Park, Neill and Dern starred as paleontologist Allen Grant and paleobotanist Ellie Sattler, respectively....

U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh today decided to stop a group lawsuit against Apple over undelivered text messages caused by an iMessage bug, Bloomberg reports. The issue drew a lot of attention last year when the bug with Apple’s messaging system caused former iPhone users that switched to Android to discover text messages were not being properly delivered to their phone number. In dismissing the lawsuit, Judge Koh explained that while Apple’s iMessage system may have resulted in lost text messages, their was inadequate evidence that the group faced a “contractual breach or interference” from iMessage…...
