Jorge Lendeborg Jr. is no stranger to blockbuster films having acted in Spider-Man: Homecoming. His latest project is Bumblebee where he plays Memo, an awkward teenager trying to connect with the girl next door, Charlie, played by Hailee Steinfeld. Bumblebee tells the story of Charlie finding a lost robot disguised as a VW Beetle and forming an unlikely bond. As the legal battle between Epic Games and Apple continues, both companies participated in a preliminary hearing today to discuss the removal of Fortnite from the App Store. Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California doesn’t expect the trial to take place prior to July 2021, and she also criticized Epic’s tactics claiming they were “not honest.” Epic Games sued Apple after the company removed the popular game Fortnite from the iOS App Store....

Dwayne Johnson has confirmed a December 13, 2019 release date for Jumanji 3. Last year’s Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (a soft reboot set in the same universe as the 1995 Jumanji movie) was an unexpected smash success that grossed $961 million at the global box office. Critics were similarly pleased by the film, which changes the eponymous board game into a video game. As such, it was a no-brainer when Sony announced that it would be developing a third installment in the family-friendly action/adventure series....

The producer of Impulse feels that the Jumper spinoff series on YouTube Red allows the director to do considerably more with the story than the 2008 movie did. Impulse is a spinoff of Jumper, the film that loosely adapted Stephen Gould’s novel of the same name, starring Hayden Christensen in the title role. Both Impulse and Jumper feature young men and women who suddenly realize that they have the ability to “jump,” or teleport, anywhere in the world, along with the power of telekinesis....

During the production of Justice League, released in 2017, director Zack Snyder left the film before it was completed due to a personal tragedy.
