With Justice League right around the corner, a brand-new poster and behind-the-scenes image have been revealed. While the prospect of so many major DC Comics characters joining forces on the big screen was always exciting enough for many moviegoers, the massive success of Wonder Woman earlier this year opened up a whole new demographic for the next live-action DC film.

While the draw of characters like Batman and The Flash is large and superhero movies tend to do well at the box office these days regardless of who they feature, there’s no denying that Justice League now has access to an expanded audience thanks to Wonder Woman. Its continued success in theaters pulled in a number of non-tradtional action movie fans, and that will carry over to next month’s epic team-up. Justice League was always going to be lighter than the previous DC films and the film’s marketing has increasingly embraced that idea of color and wonder, as time has gone by.

Warner Bros has released yet another new poster for Justice League, providing the most vibrant look yet at the film. Earlier this year, we saw the movie’s new slogan debut with some brightly touched-up images of the team, and this latest poster continues that trend. It also comes just as Zack Snyder has shared a new behind-the-scenes image of the movie on his Vero account (via Reddit), teasing one of the film’s many locations. Check them both out below:

When the first look at Aquaman arrived to hype Justice League, it presented his traditional color scheme with the muted palette of Man of Steel. Even Wonder Woman kept the saturation fairly similar to Snyder’s go-to style, mirroring how Diana appeared in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. That could be about to change, however.

Deviating from Snyder’s typical formula, this new poster - along with those before it - accents the colors for each hero’s costume to help accentuate the divergent tone of Justice League. This is most obvious in Batman’s costume, which appears in comic book blues rather than the gray and black scheme we know will feature in the film.

The Central City photo, meanwhile, follows the promise that Snyder will be releasing behind-the-scenes images from Justice League to help further promote it. The movie will serve as something of an origin story for characters like Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash, so it makes sense that we will see the Scarlet Speedster’s hometown in Justice League.
