It has been confirmed Jurassic World stars Bryce Dallas Howard and B.D. Wong have joined the upcoming Jurassic World Evolution theme park simulator game.

With Steven Spielberg first opening the gates to the iconic park back in 1993, Universal’s Jurassic franchise has grown to be something of a monster. As well as the release of J.A. Bayona’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom on June 22, fans of the Muertes Archipelago island can also look forward to two dinosaur-related games.

With Jurassic World Evolution also set for a June debut, the team at Frontier Developments have dropped a few more details about some impressive voice talent. Confirming that Howard and Wong will reprise their roles as Claire Dearing and Dr. Henry Wu, Evolution is making good on its promise to touch on key characters and events from the movie franchise while also charting new territory.

Howard is a relative newcomer to the sci-fi franchise - joining with Jurassic World back in 2015 - while Wong is a Jurassic veteran. Appearing in a minor role in Spielberg’s original, Wong returned for a villainous turn in Jurassic World. Both are set to have major roles in Fallen Kingdom, but fans will be overjoyed that the characters will factor into the video game as well.

Putting gamers in charge of that treacherous theme park, Howard and Wong join the hotly-anticipated return of Jeff Goldblum as Dr. Ian Malcom. Goldblum’s mad mathematician will reportedly guide gamers through a series of moral choices. It is unclear what role Howard and Wong will play, but given that Claire was originally in charge of park operations and Wong is a famed geneticist, it could be a hint to how they will fit into the game.

Theme park simulators are nothing new, with the likes of Theme Park World being a distant cousin to Evolution. Players can do everything from build attractions to bioengineer their own horrifying monsters similar to the Indominus Rex. Announced back in August last year, Jurassic World Evolution will be the bigger brother to 2012’s Jurassic Park Builder, which later became Jurassic World: The Game to tie into Colin Trevorrow’s reboot movie. Now, as Frontier brings the idea to next generation of consoles, gamers can play god on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

Away from Evolution, Jurassic game aficionados can also enjoy a Pokémon Go-style game called Jurassic World Alive. However, considering that Goldblum gave Evolution his highest rating of 10/10 Goldblums, there are no prizes for guessing which game everyone is more excited for. Considering that Frontier’s game will allow players to live out a lifelong dream to become their very own John Hammond and run the park, Jurassic World Evolution is an idea that has been brewing for many since 1993. Remember, just be careful around the T-Rex paddock.
